Refund Policy:
Whilst we want you to be happy with products purchased from us, we understand that sometimes things go wrong or circumstances change. You can find more details about how we deal with refunds in this article. But, generally speaking, refunds can only be made for online purchases if you change your mind, within 14 days of receipt of goods. However, in most other cases we'll do our best to find an amicable solution, as long as the parts ordered from us have not been fitted and used, are still in their original packaging and the return postage is paid for by the purchaser.
Delivery Information:
Please note that this item will not be shipped outside of the UK. If the parts ordered are in stock your order will be processed the same day of your purchase as long as the order is received before noon. If the order is received after noon, then it will be processed the following working day. For small lightweight items we use Royal Mail 1st Class, for heavier items we use a 48hr courier service. Larger, heavy items will be sent via Pallet, and will only be delivered kerb side. All items will need to be signed for upon delivery. Some items will be shipped directly from our own warehouse, while others will come directly from the manufacturer. To ensure the quickest delivery service, your order maybe shipped in different packages.
