This Defender 90 has undergone two full restorations. Originally it had a 2.5 Petrol engine with galvanised chassis (TD5 adapted), new bulk head (TD5).

Then 5 years ago it had its Petrol engine swapped out for a Defender 200TDI and a Discovery rear axle with disc brakes.

However 3 years ago, the vehicle had a full body and chassis strip down, as well as converting the truck to a full cab a change the colour (all updated on the V5 doc).

Here is a list of the work carried out (Pictures of the rebuild will be also available to the buyer).

• Every panel stripped apart soda blasted inside and out and resprayed in Grey with stone-chip spray guard on underside (age marks on original panels were left for character)
• Replaced all doors (pull up handle type) and hinges with new aftermarket.
• Axels, suspension, props etc soda blasted and re painted.
• New shocks, springs (2 1/2" lift) poly bushes, bearings, UJ's, track rod ends throughout.
• New braking system, callipers, disks, pads, pipes, master cylinder.
• Tinted Masai rear and side windows (so no draught's).
• Rear storage locker
• Full sound deadening throughout (really works well).
• Full rubber moulded floor mats and seat box cover.
• Land Rover rear floor matt.
• Ministry of Defender glass fibre replacement Puma type Dash and face plate, coloured coded to suite.
• New front grill and light covers.
• Full LED light upgrade.
• Sunroof seal (does not leak).
• Rear bulkhead modified so better seat movement.
• Seats recovered with Exmoor trim kits.
• Cubby box (used) fitted.
• Tyres are Goodyear AT (Used)
• Fully moulded floor Matt system
• Alarm and tracker fitted 21. 104,000 miles on clock
• And much more!

It really is a top draw 90 although it is over 30 years old so don’t expect mint condition, but it is very close. The engine is standard and it is a very usable Defender 90.
